Three formats cover almost every use we see, and the order floor is set low enough that a single conference or a wedding is worth running. Here is what each one is actually for.
330 ml, still and sparkling
The seated format. Boardrooms, table service, conference sessions and ceremonies, where a smaller pour makes sense and a half-finished bottle would be left behind. It fits a delegate satchel and a handbag, which is where a branded bottle does its travelling.
500 ml, still and sparkling
The everyday format, and the one most orders are built around. Restaurants, lodges, offices, conferences and outdoor events. If you are unsure, this is the default that disappoints nobody.
5 L, still
Bulk. Kitchens, guest rooms, staff areas, back-of-house refills and catering tables. The label area is larger and flat rather than wrapped, so artwork behaves differently; the preview tool shows you exactly how.
Minimum order: 144 bottles
We set the floor at 144 deliberately. A great many suppliers start at a pallet, which prices out the single-event customer entirely; a wedding, a launch or a small guest house should not have to buy a year's supply to put its name on a bottle.
From there it scales without a step change in how the order is handled. Once-off orders for a single event, a small launch run, and standing monthly supply all go through the same process and the same print quality. Orders into the tens of thousands are routine.
Caps, shapes and label stock
Bottle shape, cap style and label stock are chosen when you configure the preview. Screw caps and sports caps are both available, and label stock comes in clear or white.
- Clear stock lets the water show through the label. Understated, and the better choice for a design with strong dark colours.
- White stock gives you a solid field. Necessary for pale type, fine detail or a logo that needs a defined edge.
The preview tool shows each combination on the actual bottle rather than as a flat mock-up, which is the fastest way to find out which one your artwork wants.

1 to 4 business days across Gauteng. If you are outside the province, ask; we will tell you honestly what is workable rather than quote you something we cannot hold to.
What goes in the bottle, at every size
- Purified by reverse osmosis to a clean baseline, then a fixed mineral profile added back for taste, so every bottle matches the last.
- Laboratory tested more often than regulation requires, with the latest analysis available on request.
- Bottles and labels 100% recyclable, with recycling marks printed on the label.

What is the minimum order?
144 bottles. That applies whether you are ordering for one event or starting a standing supply.
Is there a maximum?
Nothing you are likely to reach. Orders run into the tens of thousands.
Can I mix sizes in one order?
Talk to us about the split you want. Mixing still and sparkling on the same label artwork is straightforward; tell us the quantities and we will tell you what works.
Is 5 L available in sparkling?
5 L is still water. Sparkling is available in the smaller formats.
