What is the minimum order?
144 bottles, whether it is a once-off for a single event or the start of a standing supply. There is no practical maximum; orders run into the tens of thousands.
Do I need print-ready artwork, or is a logo enough?
A logo is enough to start. Upload it to the preview tool on the homepage and you will see it on the bottle immediately. We set the artwork properly before anything prints, and you approve a proof first.
If you already have a finished label design, upload that instead and it prints as supplied.
What sizes do you bottle?
330 ml, 500 ml and 5 L. Still and sparkling in the smaller formats; 5 L is still water.
What is actually in the water?
Every litre is purified by reverse osmosis first, which takes it down to a clean baseline so the result never depends on what came in that day. A fixed mineral profile is then added back for taste and balance, which is why it is identical from bottle to bottle.
Is the water tested?
Yes, and more often than regulation requires. The latest laboratory analysis is kept on file and we will send it to you on request, which is usually what procurement departments and grading bodies want to see.
Are the bottles recyclable?
Bottles and labels are both 100% recyclable, and the recycling marks are printed on every label so the person holding it can see that for themselves.
How long does delivery take?
1 to 4 business days across Gauteng. Outside the province, ask us and we will give you a straight answer rather than an optimistic one.
Can I order still and sparkling together?
Yes, with the same artwork on both. Splitting a run between the two is common for events and restaurants.
Which label stock should I choose?
Clear stock lets the water show through and suits designs with strong dark colours. White stock gives a solid field and is the safer choice for pale type, fine detail or a logo that needs a defined edge. The preview tool shows both.
Can I see what it will look like before I commit?
That is what the configurator on the homepage is for. Upload your logo, switch bottle shapes, caps and label stock, and see the artwork wrapped on the real bottle. It is free and requires nothing from you.
