Branded water for lodges and guest houses.

The bottle beside the bed should carry your name, not somebody else's. Still and sparkling, in-room and back-of-house, from 144 bottles.

Every guest picks up the bottle beside the bed. In most establishments it carries a national brand's name, which means a guest's first close look at anything in the room is an advertisement for somebody else. A branded bottle costs roughly what the unbranded one did and puts your name in their hand instead.

We bottle mineral infused reverse osmosis water in Pretoria and print your artwork onto the label. Still and sparkling, 330 ml, 500 ml and 5 L, from 144 bottles up to standing monthly supply. Delivery across Gauteng runs 1 to 4 business days.

Where it works in a property

  • In-room. 500 ml still at the bedside, replaced daily. The most visible branded item in the room after your signage.
  • Turndown and welcome. 330 ml on arrival or with turndown service, where the smaller format reads as a gesture rather than a supply.
  • Restaurant and bar. Still and sparkling on the table under your own name, which does more for the perception of the room than most of what a restaurant spends on.
  • Conference and function rooms. The same bottle your conference clients see on the table, carrying your venue's name, in the photographs they take of their own event.
  • Back-of-house. 5 L for kitchens, staff areas and refill stations, where individual bottles are waste rather than branding.

Consistency matters more here than anywhere

A guest staying four nights drinks eight bottles. If they taste different from one another, that is noticed. Every litre is purified by reverse osmosis to a clean baseline, which strips the variation that comes with the source, and then a fixed mineral profile is added back for taste. The result is measured and repeatable rather than dependent on what came in that day.

The water is laboratory tested more often than regulation requires, and the latest analysis is on file. If your grading, franchise or group procurement process wants documentation, ask and we will send it.

The recyclability question

Guests ask about single-use plastic, and increasingly so do the booking platforms and grading bodies. Our bottles and labels are 100% recyclable and the recycling marks are printed on every label, so what you hand a guest can go into a recycling stream rather than a bin. Pairing 5 L back-of-house refills with smaller in-room bottles also cuts the total plastic per guest night, which is a more honest answer than removing bottles from rooms entirely.

Ordering rhythm

A guest house running eight rooms and a lodge running eighty need different things, and both work. The floor is 144 bottles, which a small property can move through in a month; from there it scales to tens of thousands. Once-off orders for a function and standing monthly supply are handled the same way.

Start with the preview tool on the homepage to see your existing branding on the bottle, then send us the brief with the quantity and rhythm you have in mind. If you are working out formats first, the sizes and minimum orders page covers that.

Common questions

Can we use our own lodge branding on the label?

That is the point of it. The label carries your artwork, so the bottle in the room matches your signage, your stationery and your website rather than advertising a national water brand.

What size works best for in-room water?

500 ml is the standard bedside format. 330 ml suits a turndown service or a second bottle in the bathroom. 5 L handles back-of-house, kitchens and conference refills where individual bottles would be wasteful.

Can we order on a standing monthly basis?

Yes. Standing monthly supply and once-off orders run the same way; tell us the quantity and the rhythm you need and we plan around it.
